I will be exhibiting at The Red Lime Shack, Port Adelaide during the Fringe. The dates are 12th February to 14th March The show is titled Arthur Illuminated. I've taken inspiration from the verse of Arthur Rimbaud and created five large (150cm x 100cm) canvasses. I prefer to not publish pictures here until they are actually on the wall but the painting below of the hare in some gorse was the first I worked on.
Alongside the paintings will be a couple of other oil paintings and several drawings in pastel/charcoal. The venue is a popular and excellent vegan cafe right in the heart of the Port. The owners are heavily involved in developing the Port area's artistic and community ideals. The coffee is worth a visit on its own but even a dedicated baconologist such as myself can find plenty to enjoy on their menu.
